One of the first things I do with every buyer is estimate what their future property taxes may look like before we ever submit an offer.
While many buyers focus on interest rates, property taxes are one of the largest ongoing costs of homeownership.
After seeing so many homeowners say unexpected property taxes became one of their biggest surprises, I decided everyone deserved access to the same information I provide my own clients.
